With over 10 years of Gym Programming and Individual Design Programming, I'm excited to announce that I will be branching out to offer programming to even more people looking to take their health and fitness to the next level.

​

This has been a long time dream of mind to expand my reach and help everyone from beginners who want to learn the basics of fitness to dedicated athletes looking to perform at their best, and everyone in between.

 

I appreciate everyone who has been patient with me as I've worked to finalize these programs and get ready to provide you with life changing programming that you can do anywhere!

Dynamic Muscle Dumbbell - Available Now
  • Designed for beginners wanting to learn basics and build a healthy foundation
  • Great for people who want to get back into workout out again
  • 4 Days of Week Workouts
  • Only Equipment needed is a set of Dumbbells

  • Designed for intermediate athletes who are looking to be healthy and fit
  • Great for people who have worked out with a trainer in the past, but not required
  • 5 Days of Week Workouts
  • Equipment Needed: Barbell, Plates, Dumbbells, Kettlebells (DBs), Box, Pullup Bar, Rings, Bench, Rower, Bike
  • Note that modifications can be made if specific equipment is not available​
  • Workouts delivered via True Coach App (FREE), that includes video demos and private results tracking

  • Great to use as a supplemental program to your current fitness regime

  • Currently Running Based Program - but can be modified to biking if desired
