ABOUT ME
Christy jeffery
With nearly 30 years of training experience in my life, I've spent a lot of time in the gym, studying the ins and outs of exercise, but most importantly working with 1000s of people and gaining a tremendous amount of experience along the way.
My mission is to help others reach their fitness goals and achieve their full potential regardless of fitness level and/or ability. I pride myself on being able to work with a wide variety of people and meet you where you are.
